RESOLUTION NO. 5213
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON AMENDING SCHEDULE VII, EXHIBIT "F",
OF RESOLUTION NO. 5197, WHICH AMENDED RESOLUTION
NO. 4918 FIXING THE COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN
EMPLOYEES OF SAID CITY AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
EXPENSE ALLOWANCES
6 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5197 was adopted by the City
7 Council of the City of Vernon on June 27, 1985, to be effective
8 on July 1, 1985; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon finds
10 it necessary to amend Schedule VII, Exhibit "F", to provide for
11 the following:
12 (i) Automobile allowances of $35.00 each to the
13 Chief Deputy City ClerklSecretary to the City
14 Administrator and Accountant, effective
15 September 1, 1985; and

(ii) The positions of Chief Deputy City Clerk and
Secretary to the City Administrator to be
combined; and
19 (iii) The creation of a position of Supervising
20 Accountant
21 in accordance with the recommendation of Bruce V. Malkenhorst
22 City AdministratorlCity Clerk
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
24 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
25 SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
26 hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained herein-
27 above are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That Schedule VII, Exhibit "F", of

SECTION 3: That in all other respects, Resolution No.
5197 shall remain in full force and effect.
