RESOLUTION NO. 5214
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON APPOINTING GLORIA J. OROSCO TO THE
POSITION OF CHIEF DEPUTY CITY CLERK/SECRETARY
TO THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, Bruce V. Malkenhorst, City AdministratorlCity
Clerk, has recommended under date of August 22, 1985, that
Gloria J. Orosco be designated Chief Deputy City ClerklSecretary
to the City Administrator, effective Sepbember29, 1985.
NOW/ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
hereby finds and determines that the recital contained herein-
above is true and correct.
SECTION 2: That Gloria J. Orosco is hereby appointed
to fill the position of Chief Deputy City Clerk/Secretary to
the City Administrator, effective September 29, 1985.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1985.
