RESOLUTION NO. 5243
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~Y
OF VERNON APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT NO..DE-MS65-83SW39270
BY... AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF VERNON AND
WESTERN AREA POWER ADMINISTRATION
FOR THE PURCHASE OF NONFIRM ENERGY
WHEREAS, the Western Area Power Administration
has available surplus energy
the State of California; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

a copy of which has been presented to the City Council
currently with this Resolution and
