A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXr:;:CUTION OF A CONSLlLTING SERVICES AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF VERNON AND
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL.. INC. (RMI)
FOr::;: THE BEAR BUTTE HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Vernon
desires to enter into a ~onsulting service agreement with RMl to
pr'ovide prOjel::t evaluation, management and related services for
the Bear Butte Hydroelectric Project, whi~h Project description

set out in the FE?deral Energy ReQulatory
Commission
Preliminary Permit No. 8444-000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL qF
THE CITY OF VERNON .AS FOLLOWS:

Vernon het-eby finds and determi nes that the rec i tal s c:ontai ned
hE?reinabove are true and correct.
~~QIIQ~_6: That. the City Council of the City of
Vernon hereby approves the consLllting Services Agreement, a copy
of which has been presented to the City Council concurrently
with this Resolution and the City Council hereby orders said
Agreement to be received and filed by the City Clerk.
~~~IIQ~_~: That the City Council of the City Cl~
Vernon hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to e>:ecute
said Agr~ement for, and on behalf of, the City of VE?rnon.
