A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON COMMENDING ANTHONY VAN RYTE FOR HIS
MANY YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF VERNON
WHEREAS, ANTHONY VAN RYTE has been employed by the
City of Vernon since December 16, 1960; a~d
WHEREAS, said ANTHONY VAN. RYTE will retire from the
service of the City of Vernon on June 26, 1986; and
WHEREAS, ANTHONY VAN RYTE has faithfully served as a
Firefighter in the Vernon Fire Department for approximately
25 1/2 years, and his loss will be deeply felt by the City of
Vernon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
$.s~IIQ~_!': That the City Council of the City of
Vernon takes this opportunity to commend ANTHONY VAN RYTE for
his many years of devoted service to the City of Vernon.
E~~I!Q~_~: The City Council of the City of Vernon
wishes ANTHONY VAN RYTE continued success in whatever endeavors
he may undertake.
$.~gIIQ~_~~ That the City Council of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this resolution and present a
certif i ed copy thereof to ANTHONY VAN RYTE and that there1..tpon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
