A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF VERNON AND COMPUTER MANAGEMENT
SERVICES, INCORPORATED (ItCMSIIt) PROVIDING
FOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, CMSI engages in the business of furnishing
Information Management Services and is capable of providing
computer hardware, software and professionally trained and
qualified personnel to consult, manage and staff data processing
activities of the City of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon wishes
to enter into an agreement with CMSI to provide for Information
Management Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS I
~~~I!Q~_ll That the City Council of the City of
Vernon hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained
hereinabove are true and correct.
~~~I!Q~_~I That the City Council of the City of
Vernon hereby approves the Agreement, a copy of which has been
presented to the City Council concurrently with this Resolution
and the City Council hereby orders said Agreement to be received
and filed by the City Clerk.
~~~I!Q~_~I That the City Council of the City of
Vernon hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute
said Agreement for, and on behalf of, the City of Vernon.
