A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNbN COMMENDING ROBERT N. GRAHAM FOR HIS
MANY YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY. OF VERNON
WHEREAS, ROBERT N. GRAHAM has been employed by the City
o-f Vernon since May 1, 1960; and
WHEREAS, said ROBERT N. GRAHAM will retire from the
service of the City.ofVernon on September 27, 1986; and

WHEREAS, ROBERT N. GRAHAM has -faithfully served as a
poli ce off i cer in the Ci ty of Vernon Pol i ce Department for
appro>:imately 26 years and .~asserved as a Lieutenant since
November 10, 1985, and his loss. will be deeply felt by the City
of Vernon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE t T RESOLVED BY THE eI TY C.OUNC I L.. .. OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
!agQIIQ~Ll.: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon takes this opportunity to commend ROBERT N. GRAHAM for his
many years of devoted service to the City of Vernon.
3sQIIQt~L~: The Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Vernon
wishes ROBERT N. GRAHAM continued success in.whatever endeavors
he may undertake.
!asQIIQ~_~: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this resolution and present a
certified copy thereof to ROBERT N. GRAHAM and that thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
