A RESOLUTION OF tHE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON COMMENDING HAROLD SCDORIS FOR HIS
MANY YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CIty OF VERNON
WHEREAS, HAROLD SCDORIS has been employed by the City
of Vernon since June 1, 1957; and
WHEREAS, said HAROLD SCDORIS retired from the service
of the City of Vernon on June 15, .1986; and
WHEREAS, HAROLD SCDORIS faithfully served as a Fire
Engineer in the City of Vernon F.ire Department for approximatllily
29 years and hi sloss wi 11 .be deeplyfel t by the Ci ty . of Vernon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
~gQIIQ~_l: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon takes this opportunity to commend HAROLD SCDORIS for his
many years of devoted service to the City of Vernon.
~s~IIQ~_6: . The City Council of the City of Vernon
wishes HAROLD SCDORIS continued success in whatever endeavors
he may undertake.
~sQIIQ~_~: That the City Council of the City of Vli!rnon
shall certify to the passage of this resolution and present a
certified copy thereof to HAROLD SCDORIS and that thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
