Zelman is the owner of two adjacent 6 parcels of land described in the attached Exhibit "A" which is 7 incorporated herein by this reference.. as thoughfullYi set forth 8 at length: and 9 WHEREAS, Julius ,L. SECTION 2: That the request filed by Julius L. Zelman, by letter dated. October 2'3, 1986, for a "Lot Line Adjustment" for the properties described in the attached Exhibit II A" with sa.i.d "Lot Line Adjustment" being described in the attached Exhibit II a" is hereby approved in accordance with the recommendation ofVic.. tor H.
