A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON ,COMMENDING RICHARD W. HILTON FOR HIS
MANY YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF VERNON
WHEREAS, RICHARD W. HILTON has been employed by the City
of Vernon since April 1, 1958: and
WHEREAS, said RICHARD W. HILTON will retire from the
service of the City of Vernon on February 5, 1987; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD W. HILTON has faithfully served as the

29 years and his loss will be deeply felt by the City of Vernon.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CI;TY OF VE.RNON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City of Vernon

years of devoted service to the City of Vernon.

shall certify to the passage of this resolution and present a.

and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
