"A" which is incorporated herein by this reference as though

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON APPROVING "LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT"
REQUESTED BY GOLDBERG & SOLOVY FOODS, INC.
fully set forth at length: and
WHEREAS, GOldberg & Solovy Foods, Inc. desires to adjust
the common boundary between both parcels as descriqed in the at-
t.achedExhibit"B" which is incorporated herein by this reference
as though fully set forth at length: and
WHEREAS, Williamson and Schmid Engineering on behalf of
Goldberg & Solovy Foods, Inc . has applied for
Adjustment II pursuant to Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map
Act: and
WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of said Act proviCles
follows:
"(d)
A lot line adjustment between two or
more existing adjacent parcels, where
the land taken from one parcel is added
to an adjacent parcel, and where a
greater number of parcels than originally
,existed is not thereby created, provided
the lot line adjustment is approved by
the local agency, or advisory agency...."
and
WHEREAS, said "Lot Line Adjustment" was referred to Vic-

tor H. Vaits, Director of Conununity Services. who has reconunended
that said "Lot Line Adjustment" be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON A,S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
finds
hereby
the
recitals
and determines
that
hereinabove are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the Application filed by Williamson and
Schmid Engineering on behalf of Goldberg & SolovyFoods, Inc.
dated April 30, 1987, for a "Lot Line ,Adjustment"
properties described in the attached Exhibit "A"
Line Adjustment "being described in the attached Exhibit
hereby approved in accordance with the reconunendation of
H. Vaits, Director of Community Services.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1987.
