A RESOLU'l'IONOF THE CI'l'YCOUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF . VERNON APPROVING" LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT" REQUESTED BY WILLIGFREIGH'l'
LINES AND 4200 PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, Willig Freight Lines and 4200 Partnership,
are the owners of two adjacent parcels of land described
in the attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein
by this reference as though fully set forth at length; and
WHEREAS, Willig Freight Lines and 4200 Partnership
desire to adjust the common boundary between both parcels
whereby said adjustment will create two new properties as
described in the attached Exhibit "B" which is incorpprated
herein by this reference as though fully set forth at length;
and
WHEREAS, Willig Freight Lines and 4200 Partnership
have applied for a "Lot Line Adjustment": pursuant to
Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of said Act provides
as follows:
"(d) A lot line adjustment between two or more
exisbing adjacent parcels, where the land
taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent
parcel, and where a greater number of parcels
than originally existed is not .thereby cr.eated,
provided the lot line adjustment is approved
by the local agency, or advisory agency..."
and
WHEREAS, said "Lot Line Adjustment" was referred

to Victor H. Vaits, Director of Community Services, who has
recommended that said "Lot Line Adjustment" be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained
hereinabove are true and correct.
Section 2: That the request for a "Lot Line Adjustment'
filed by Willig Freight Lines and 4200 partnership dated
October 15, 1987 to adjust the common boundary from the
properties being described in the attached Exhibit "A"
whereby said adjustment will create two new properties as
described in the attached Exhibit "B", is. hereby approved
in accordance with the recommendation of Victor H. Vaits,
Director of Community Services.
Section 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1987.

The Subdivision Improvement should be approved first, followed by the
Grant Deed, the,parce1:~al' and then finally the Lot Line Adjustment.
