RESOLUTION NO. 5434
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE .CITY
OF VERNON ESTASLISHING TASK ASSIGNMENT II C
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
FOR THE SEAR BUTTE HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT
WITH RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL, INC.
WHEREAS, the Agreement for Professional Services for
Project Management for the Bear Butte Hydroelectric Project was
executed on May 6, 1986, by and between the City of Vernon and
Resource Management International, Inc. (flRMI"): and
WHEREAS, it i$ the desire of the City of Vernon and RMI
to establish Task Assignment II C to provide for additional
evaluation services at a budgeted cost not to exce.ed $4", eJ"eJ
without further written approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained
hereinabove are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the City Council of the City of. Vernon
approves the establishment of Task Assignment II C with a budget
not to exceed $4eJ,eJ00 without further written approval in accord-
ance with the Agreement for professional Services for Project
Management for the Bear Butte Hydroelectric Project.
