RESOLUTION NO. 5822
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT NO. (2) TO
THE AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACTUAL SERVICES BY
AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF VERNON AND PAMELA
M. MADDOX

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5765 was approved by the City
7 Council of the City of Vernon on June 5, 1990, approving and
8 authorizing the execution of an Agreement For Contractual
9 Services from June 1, 1990 through August 31, 1990, by and
10 between the City of Vernon and Pamela M. Maddox; and
11 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5790 was approved by the City
12 Council of the City of Vernon on July 17, 1990, approving and
13 authorizing the execution of Amendment (1) providing for a
14 change in compensation; and
15 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon and Pamela M. Maddox desire
16 to amend Section 3 of said Agreement to extend the term of the
17 Agreement from September 1, 1990 through and inCluding December
18 31, 1990.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
20 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the city of Vernon
22 hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained
23 hereinabove are true and correct.

SECTION 2: The City council of the City of Vernon
25 hereby approves the Amendment No. (2) to the Agreement for
26 Contractual Services, a copy of which has been presented to the
27 City Council concurrently with this resolution and the City
28 Council hereby orders said Amendment to be received and filed by
