A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
5760 TO ADD NEW SCHEDULE CS (EXHIBIT N)
INSTITUTING CERTAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE FEES
FOR THE LIGHT AND POWER DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5760 was approved by the City
7
Council of the City of Vernon on JuneS, 1990; and
8
WHEREAS, the City council desires to add new Schedule
9
CS (Customer Service fees) to institute charges for certain
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
12 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

14 hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained
SECTION 1: The City council of the City of Vernon

hereinabove are true and correct.
SECTION 2:
That the rules, terms and conditions set
forth in the attached Rate Schedule CS (Exhibit N) are hereby
incorporated by this reference and made a part hereof as though
fully set forth at length and are hereby adopted as the City'S
rates, terms and conditions for the distribution of the
21 electrical energy supplied by the City of Vernon.
SECTION 3: That in all other respects, Resolution No.

5760 shall remain in full force and effect and that the
provisions contained in Resolution No. 5760 which are not
consistent with or in conflict with this resolution are hereby
repealed.

SECTION 4: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
2 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
3 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
