RESOLUTION NO. 5992
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON APPROVING CONTRACT NO. 8201
AND AUTHORIZING NOTICE INVITING SEALED
PROPOSALS OR BIDS FOR AIR TOXICS HOT SPOTS
AIR EMISSION SOURCE TESTING, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH CONTRACT NO. 8201 OF THE CITY OF
VERNON
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Vernon from the Light and Power Department
Contract No. 8201 and bid documents for Air Toxics Hot spots Air
Emission Source Testing of the City of Vernon's electric
generation equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon has
determined that it is in the best interests of the City of
Vernon that said contract be advertised in accordance with
applicable State law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon

recitals

SECTION 7:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
