A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON APPROVING THE LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
REQUESTED BY E.B. BRADLEY COMPANY AND D.C.
MOLINARI FAMILY TRUST
WHEREAS, E.B. Bradley Company is the owner of a parcel
Vernon, and D.C. Molinari Family Trust is the owner of a parcel
8 of land (parcel B) located at 1911 51st Street in the City of
9 Vernon, all as described and shown on the attached Exhibit "A"
10 consisting of six (6) pages which is incorporated herein by this
11 reference as though fully set forth at length; and
12 WHEREAS, E.B. Bradley Company and D.C. Molinari Family
13 Trust desire to adjust the common boundary between the two
14 parcels whereby said adjustment will create two new properties as
15 described and shown on the attached Exhibit "B" consisting of
16 nine (9) pages which is incorporated herein by this reference as
17 though fully set forth at length; and
18 WHEREAS, E.B. Bradley Company and D.C. Molinari Family
19 Trust have applied for a "Lot Line Adjustment" pursuant to
20 Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act; and
21 WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of said Act provides an
22 exemption from the Subdivision Map Act requirements as follows:
23 (d) A lot line adjustment between two or more existing
24 adjacent parcels, where the land taken from one
25 parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and where
26 a greater number of parcels than originally
27 existed is not thereby created, provided the
28 lot line adjustment is approved by the local

3 WHEREAS, said "Lot Line Adjustment" was referred to
4 victor H. Vaits, Director of Community Services, who has
5 recommended that said "Lot Line Adjustment" be approved.
6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
7 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon
9 hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained
10 hereinabove are true and correct.
11 SECTION 2: The request for a "Lot Line Adjustment"
12 dated February 10, 1993, to adjust the common boundary of the two
13 existing properties being described in the attached Exhibit "A"
14 whereby said adjustment will create two new properties as
15 described in the attached Exhibit liB" is hereby approved in
16 accordance with the recommendation of victor H. Vaits, Director
17 of Community Services.
18 SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
20 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
21 APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1993.
