A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VERNON AMENDING SCHEDULE II, EXHIBIT "B", PAGE
16, OF RESOLUTION NO. 6467, WHICH FIXED THE
COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF SAID CITY
AND AUTHORIZED CERTAIN EXPENSE ALLOWANCES

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6467 was adopted by the city
8 Council of the City of Vernon on June 30, 1994, to be effective on
9 July 1, 1994; and
10
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Vernon wishes to
11 establish the position of BUdget-Auditor in the City
12 Administrator/City Clerk Department with the appropriate salary
13 scale.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
15 CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the city of Vernon does
17 hereby find and determine that the recitals contained hereinabove
18 are true and correct.

SECTION 2: Effective November 13, 1994, Schedule II,
Exhibit "B", page 16 of Resolution No. 6467 is hereby amended to
20
21 establish the position BUdget-Auditor in the City
22 Administrator/City Clerk Department with the appropriate salary
23 scales as indicated on the amended page 16 of Schedule II, Exhibit
"B", which is attached hereto as Attachment "A" and made a part
24
25 hereof.

SECTION 3: In all other respects, Resolution No. 6467,
27 as amended by Resolution No. 6507, shall remain in full force and
28 effect, and the provisions of Resolution Nos. 6467 and 6507 not
."
1 consistent with or in conflict with this resolution are hereby
2 repealed.

SECTION 4: The city Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
4 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
5 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
