The buildings that it owns were constructed with ten non-conforming truck loading spaces, measuring various feet in width and various feet in length. It has stated it will recess the most southerly truck loading space to 60.0 feet in length. It has also stated that only vehicles of smaller lengths will be used at all of the non-conforming truck loading spaces. The buildings are used for the manufacturing of pet food and are approximately 36,400 square feet in size. Section 26.4.2-7 (b) requires three truck loading spaces for buildings with a gross floor area of between 25,001 and 50,000 square feet in size. Section 26.4.2-8 (c) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance specifies that each loading space shall be a minimum of 10 feet wide and 65 feet long and section 26.4.6-4 (c) provides that a non-conforming building must comply with these standards within five years of April 18, 1989 unless a variance is granted.
