VERNON AMENDING SCHEDULE II, EXliIBIT"B", PAGES
6 AND 1001" RESOLUTION NO. 6811 WHICH FIXED THE
COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN EIiIPLOYEE$ OF $AIP CITY
AND AUTHORIZED CERTAIN EXPENSE ALLOWANCES

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6611 was adopted by the.Cit.y
Council of the city of Vernon on June 27, 1996, t.o be effective on
July 1>, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit.yof Vernon wishes to
delete the posit.ion of Generation Dispatcher in the Light anQ.
POW$rDepartment and also wishes to change the title Field
operations Manager in the Light and Power Departm$nt to.Assistant
Director of Engineering & Operations in the Light. and Power
Depart.mentwith an appropriate salary schedule.

NOW, THEREFOR.E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City ()f Vernon dOes
hereby find and determine that the recitals containeQ. hereinabove

are true and correct.
