RESOLUTION NO. 7438
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON APPROVING A LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT REQUESTED BY DYNAMIC BUILDERS,
INC.
WHEREAS, Dynamic Builders, Inc. is the owner of three
parcels of land located at 3268, 3288 and 3300 Vernon Avenue
(parcels 1, 2, and 3) in the City of Vernon, all as described
and shown on the attached Exhibit "A" consisting of four (4)
pages which are incorporated herein by this reference as though
fully set forth at length; and
WHEREAS, Dynamic Builders, Inc. desires to adjust the
common boundaries between the three parcels whereby said
adjustment will create three new properties as described and
shown on the attached Exhibit "B" consisting of four (4) pages
which are incorporated herein by this reference as though fully
set forth at length; and
WHEREAS, Dynamic Builders, Inc. has applied for a Lot
Line Adjustment pursuant to Government Code Section 66412(d),
which provides that the Subdivision Map Act does not apply to
the following:
(d) A lot line adjustment between two or
and
more existing adjacent parcels, where the land taken
from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and
where a greater number of parcels than originally
existed is not thereby created, provided the lot line
adjustment is approved by the local agency, or
advisory agency...."

WHEREAS, Samuel Kevin Wilson, Director of Community
Services, has recommended that said Lot Line Adjustment be
approved; and
WHEREAS, the parcels resulting from the lot line
adjustment will conform to the zoning and building ordinances
of the City of Vernon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon
does hereby find and determine that the recitals contained
hereinabove are true and correct.
SECTION 2: The request for a Lot Line Adjustment
dated November 2, 1999, to adjust the common boundaries of the
three existing properties being described in the attached
Exhibit "A" whereby said adjustment will create three new
properties as described in the attached Exhibit "B" is hereby
approved in accordance with the recommendation of Samuel Kevin
Wilson, Director of Community Services.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1999.

Dynamic Builders, Inc. is the owner of three (3) adjoining

SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
Dynamic Builders, Inc. is the owner of three adjoining
parcels of land located at 3268, 3288 and 3300 Vernon Avenue in
the City of Vernon.
They have requested an adjustment of the boundary lines
betwee,p the parcels. The boundary line adjustment will result in
a total'reconfiguration of the three parcels.
It is recommended that the requested lot line adjustment be
granted.

CITY OF VERNON APPROVING A LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT REQUESTED BY DYNAMIC BUILDERS,
INC.
WHEREAS, Dynamic Builders, Inc. is the owner of three
parcels of land located at 3268, 3288 and 3300 Vernon Avenue
(parcels 1, 2, and 3) in the City of Vernon, all as described
and shown on the attached Exhibit "A" consisting of four (4)
pages which are incorporated herein by this reference as though
fully set forth at length; and
WHEREAS, Dynamic Builders, Inc. desires to adjust the
common boundaries between the three parcels whereby said
adjustment will create three new properties as described and
shown on the attached Exhibit "B" consisting of four (4) pages
which are incorporated herein by this reference as though fully
set forth at length; and
WHEREAS, Dynamic Builders, Inc. has applied for a Lot
Line Adjustment pursuant to Government Code Section 66412(d),
which provides that the Subdivision Map Act does not apply to
the following:
(d) A lot line adjustment between two or
more existing adjacent parcels, where the land taken
from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and
where a greater number of parcels than originally
existed is not thereby created, provided the lot line
adjustment is approved by the local agency, or
advisory agency...."
