A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON APPROVING A LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT REQUESTED BY X.A. PARTNERS, LLC
WHEREAS, X.A. Partners, LLC is the owner of two
joining parcels of land located at 5233 and 5383 Alcoa Avenue
(parcels 2 and 3 of Parcel Map 24894) in the City of Vernon,
ll as described and shown on the attached Exhibit "A"
isting of two (2) pages which are incorporated herein by
is reference as though fully set forth at length; and
WHEREAS, X.A. Partners, LLC desires to adjust the
mmon boundaries between the two parcels whereby said
justment will create two new properties as described and
own on the attached Exhibit "B" consisting of two (2) pages

WHEREAS, X.A. Partners, LLC has applied for a Lot
Line Adjustment pursuant to Government Code Section 66412(d),
which provides that the Subdivision Map Act does not apply to
the following:
(d) A lot line adjustment between two or
more existing adjacent parcels, where the land taken
from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and
where a greater number of parcels than originally
existed is not thereby created, provided the lot line
adjustment is approved by the local agency, or
advisory agency...."

WHEREAS, Samuel Kevin Wilson, Director of Community
Services & Water, has recommended that said Lot Line Adjustment
approved; and
WHEREAS, the parcels resulting from the Lot Line
justment will conform to the zoning and building ordinances
f the City of Vernon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
E CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon
es hereby find and determine that the recitals contained
reinabove are true and correct.
SECTION 2. The request for a Lot Line Adjustment
ted October 21, 1999, to adjust the common boundaries of the
two existing properties being described in the attached Exhibit
"A" whereby said adjustment will create two new properties as
described in the attached Exhibit "B" is hereby approved in
accordance with the recommendation of Samuel Kevin Wilson,
birector of Community Services & Water.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1999.
