RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ".
VERNON COMMENDING BRIAN ADEL FOR HIS MANY YEARS £y
y. OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF VERNON
WHEREAS, BRIl1N ADEL was employed by the City of Vernon since
January 4, 1982; and
WHEREAS, BRIANADEL will retire from the service of the City of Vernon
A ril29, 2002; and
WHEREAS, BRTfINADEL was hired by the City of Vernon as an Engineering
Technician in the Department of Community Services �' Water on January 4, 982, promoted to
tl e position of Civil Engineering Associate effective September 13, 1987, advanced to the position o
Civil Engineer ffective November 1, 1992 and elevated to the position of Senior Civil Engineer
eetive July 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, BRIANADEL has faithfully served the City of Vernon for
approximately 20 years, and his loss will be deeply felt by the City of Vernon.
NOT1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLON
OF THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWIS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon takes this opportunity to
