Resolution No. 91051 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 9105 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 8764 RESPECTING VACATION POLICIES FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF VERNON AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon adopted Resolution No. 8764 on June 29, 2005, which established the vacation policies, holidays and "in lieu" holidays for employees of the City of Vernon (the "Vacation Resolution"); and WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the City Council of the City of Vernon adopted Resolution No. 8795 amending the Vacation Resolution; and WHEREAS, on July 5, 2006, the City Council of the City of Vernon adopted Resolution No. 9090 amending the Vacation Resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon desires to amend Schedules C, D and F of Resolution No. 8764 to incorporate certain changes respecting the Police Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon hereby finds and determines that the recitals contained hereinabove are true and correct. SECTION 2: Schedules C, D and F of Resolution No. 8764, as amended, are hereby amended as indicated on the Schedules C, D and F which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Because of footnote renumbering, Schedules A, B and E are attached hereto and incorporated by reference for clarity. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 SECTION 3: The provisions of Resolution Nos. 8764, 8795 and 9090, not consistent with or in conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed; in all other respects Resolution No. 8764 shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4: The Acting City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
