4 VERNON AMENDING EXHIBIT B OF RESOLUTION NO. 9697
RELATING TO THE FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT BILLING FACTOR
5 COMPUTATION SHEET

7 WHEREAS, on August 18, 2008, the City Council of the City of
8 Vernon adopted Resolution No. 9697 approving, establishing and.
9 implementing an amended Fuel Cost Adjustment Billing Factor ("FCABF")
10 effective September 1, 2008, and approving and adopting Procedures and
11 Computation Sheets respecting the amended FCABF; and
12 WHEREAS, the adoption of the amended FCABF was to continue
13 until rescinded or amended by resolution of the City Council of the
14 City of Vernon; and
15 WHEREAS, the Director of Light & Power'has recommended that
16 Exhibit B of Resolution No. 9697, Vernon Fuel Cost Adjustment
17 Computation Sheet, be amended to provide clarification only and not to
18 revise any rate calculation; and
19 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon intends to
20 approve an amended Exhibit B of Resolution No. 9697.-,
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
22 CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:
23 SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon hereby
24 finds and determines that the recitals contained hereinabove are true
25 and correct.
26, SECTION 2: Exhibit B of Resolution No. 9697 is hereby
27 amended as indicated on Exhibit B, City of Vernon Fuel Cost Adjustment
28 Computation Sheet, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein

by reference.
SECTION 3: All existing rate schedules relating to the
amended FCABF shall be amended to incorporate the new Exhibit B
attached hereto.
SECTION 4: All resolutions, or parts of resolutions,
specifically Resolution No. 9697, not consistent with or in conflict
with this resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
