It is hereby acknowledged that Chicago Title Company shall have no further agency duties or obligations to the undersigned, nor
any responsibility to the City of Vernon (,,City") and Fruitland Owner LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Cox"), the
parties to the above referenced escrow.
You are further instructed upon receipt of these signed instructions, to proceed as follows:
Collected funds deposited in escrow shall be disbursed as indicated and mailed to the prospective parties at the appropriate
address, unless otherwise specified: S 250,000.00
